Dear international students,
In accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of International Student Scholarships of Dalian Medical University" and considering the college's specific circumstances, the evaluation procedures for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year Comprehensive Quality Scholarship and Individual Scholarships for international students are hereby announced as follows:
I.Selection Scope
Undergraduate students: Spring semester students who have completed their academic registration (excluding those in the internship phase).

IV.Review Procedure
1. Submit application materials
Please submit the completed "Comprehensive Quality Assessment Handbook" along with relevant supporting materials to your respective tutor before May 28.
2. Preliminary Review by the International Student Affairs Office
The office will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on students' academic performance and behavioral conduct, determine the proposed list of award recipients according to the allocated quotas, and submit it to the International Student Scholarship Review Panel for deliberation.
3. Result Announcement
The approved evaluation results will be displayed on the campus website for five working days.
4. Announce the final list
After the public announcement period expires without any objections, the final list will be officially announced.
5. Scholarship Distribution
The scholarship disbursements will be completed by the end of June.
V. Other Notes
1.The student documentation referenced in this notice must be submitted as copies for evaluation purposes, with all achievements obtained between March 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026.
2. Students who fail to cooperate with the evaluation or submit materials beforethe deadline will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their scholarship eligibility.
