International Students of IEC Participate in the University Psychological Month Garden Party

On May 24, the International Education College organized more than 50 international students to participate in the Spring Heart Moving, Because of Garden Party theme psychological month garden party activity sponsored by the school's Student Mental Health Education Center.

This activity is carried out in three parts: self-understanding, pressure coping and release, and interpersonal relationship. Each part has corresponding activities with its own theme, such as pressure release ball, blindfolded painting, bookmark making, etc. This activity aims at guiding international students to care for their mental health, actively self-adjustment, and cultivate international students' positive psychological quality and optimistic attitude towards life.

International students participated in various themed interactive activities with great interest. Chinese and foreign students formed teams and cooperated with each other to participate in various psychological construction projects, which improved the cross-cultural communication ability of Chinese and foreign students and deepened the integration of Chinese and foreign students in our school. At the end of the activity, the international students also presented wonderful performances with national characteristics, creating a strong international campus atmosphere.
